ReFresh Project breaks ground Thursday

L+M Development Partners and Broad Community Connections will break ground on the 60,000 square foot ReFresh Project Thursday morning. The development at 300 N. Broad St., empty since Hurricane Katrina, will bring life to the block where Schwegmann’s grocery store was located.
