A drive-by shooting Monday (May 3) morning in Ulloa Street near the Tulane Avenue medical corridor left a man injured, the New Orleans Police Department reported.
The 32-year-old was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds when police arrived at about 9:45 a.m. The Emergency Medical Service took him to University Medical Center.
He was in the 3700 block of Ulloa when someone pulled up in a vehicle and began firing at him, police said. The gunman drove off after the shooting.
