The NOLA Project will partner with Delgado Community College for the first time ever to present Aaron Sorkin’s courtroom drama A Few Good Men. The play opens on Thursday, January 26, and will be the first professional production to appear in the brand-new Tim Baker Theatre at Delgado Community College.
A Few Good Men will be directed by NOLA Project Ensemble Member Jason Kirkpatrick and will feature a large cast of NOLA Project veterans including Cecile Monteyne, A.J. Allegra, Andrew Larimer, Michael Aaron Santos, Keith Claverie, James Yeargain, and Beau Bratcher.
“This well-known title, with its dynamic, resonant story, characters and widespread pull aligns with our mission to challenge, entertain and engage diverse New Orleans audiences,” said NOLA Project Artistic Director A.J. Allegra.
“This is a co-production with the locally and nationally acclaimed theatre company the NOLA Project. We’re very excited to engage in this partnership,” said Delgado Theatre Program Director Michael Santos.
A Few Good Men will run from January 26 to February 11. The Timothy K. Baker Theater at Delgado Community College is located in the main building at the City Park campus, located at 615 City Park Avenue.
Tickets are $30-35, available online at www.nolaproject.com. There is a 20% discount for all active and veteran members of the United States military. Tickets for Delgado faculty, staff and students with ID are $10. Delgado Theatre season tickets will be honored.
