The Hot Yoga Pop Ups are a part of Friends of Lafitte Greenway’s new fitness program, Get Fit the Green Way, committed to improving opportunities for health and well-being for all New Orleans residents and Lafitte Greenway communities.
The Hot Yoga Pop Ups will be held every Monday until August 22 on the field at Sojourner Truth Neighborhood Center, located at 2200 Lafitte Street, from 6 to 7 p.m. Classes are free to participants thanks to generous sponsorship by FitNOLA and the American Heart Association.
